T1T2Where do I even start with my experience with David? I bought a home in 2021 that happened to be right next-door to David as my immediate neighbor. For three years now I’ve seen David come and go to work then father his children in the after hours. It wasn’t until a few months back that I had a mishap in my guest bathroom causing some water damage. Let’s just say David’s reputation proceeds him so he was my first call the next day . Granted that David moved about a year ago , when I called him, he was already in the neighborhood taking his toddler for a bike after work. This guy not only substantiated to USAA enough to remodel the entire interior of my home, but he did it with his kid in one arm and documented the extent of the damages with his other arm that same evening I called to make him aware. I hired David as my public adjuster and after an initial attempt at a measly $15,000 , David told me that day the project will entail a $120,000 estimate . For a second I thought he may be having delusions of grandeur but lo and behold. The insurance carrier agreed to remit $80,000 and David told me that his very aggressive estimate would be the catalyst to getting them up from $15,000 to $80,000. This guy literally had an estimate that came out to just shy of $120,000 as predicted within 10 minutes of staring at the damages with his child in his hands. Needless to say…if you are paying a recently inflated premium, it would be very wise and beneficial of you to consult with David in regard to utilizing your coverage because this guy doesn’t sell snake oil and does what’s right for his client which btw was an amazing experience I had with him and his adjusting firm. If anybody is questioning using him for his services, I am a corrections officer at Brevard County . Dave ShetlerI can not even begin to describe my family’s true gratitude and appreciation for Omega!! I had used a previous public adjuster as well as a property attorney prior to using Omega and let me tell you honestly what a mistake I made by not using Omega first. It has been 2 years of absolute hell since hurricane Ian with the Insurance Company and the previous adjuster and attorneys. I was at my end and did not know what to do. I talked with my friend from Ohio who is a contractor and through his contacts he found Ken Clark at Omega adjusting. Within minutes of my friend finding Mr Clark he contacted me and made an appointment and was at my property in the next day or so with his team. As I should be I was very skeptical as everything we had been through he put my family’s concerns at the highest priority and truly expressed and explained everything in detail of what they could offer. They went through the house took pictures and documentation of everything they are very precise in their work they do and have the most current knowledge and tools available. And as someone with my guard up very high and don’t really believe online reviews trust me this is a honest whole hearted review after being through the worst 2 years of our lives. My insurance company was forcing a appraisal and was told by my past adjuster and attorney just to drop it because you will spend a lot of money and will not get even close to that back. Keep in mind my first adjust owns another business but the point of that go with a company with experience and knowledge in this area not one to support your coffee shop. This process was painless and very fast. Ken kept me updated throughout as well as Selena and Scott. I never had unanswered questions. When I called they always picked up the phone no matter day or time. The appraiser they used was absolutely amazing and his knowledge and expertise was impeccable. And they recovered was almost 9 times what the insurance company paid out originally. Ken,Scott,Selena and Lari we cannot even begin to express our true gratitude for what you have accomplished for us.
